Apr 25, 2008 · whenever i press a key, a shortcut pops up. example; pressing 'l' signs me out of my account, 'u' opens utility manager, and 'e' opens my 'my coputer file. i have to hold down the shift button to speak without programs opening. i a sure the ctrl key is not stuck, and i have taken out and put the batteries back in the keyboard. no effect.

Honestly, the fact that it was a program should've been my first hint, but I was kind of desperate to find the textbook that I tried to open it.
