Norton is the worst company. I have been on the phone for over an hour regarding my subscription with Norton Security Deluxe. Spoke to someone then they put me on hold for over an hour. I paid for a yearly subscription and still have about 4 months to go but system is telling me I only have 5 days remaining. BUYER BEWARE. 1 hr 45 mins on hold "Zero" assistance from Norton. Most companies have employees working from home but apparently Norton is not one of those companies. Horrible Customer Service absolutely terrible!!!!! Trying to get direction for the Computer Tune Up purchased with Norton 360 but I guess that won't happen and they'll SCAM me out of $10.
